### Stuck payment

How to handle expired session transactions

To address a stalled payment through the Bitstream payment gateway, you require two essential pieces of information:

1. The checkout session ID.
2. The transaction hash.

There is two ways to reprocess

1. Once you have these details, navigate to **<https://dashboard.bitstream.io/payments/{replace-your-checkout-session-id}>**, where you'll find a 'Reprocess payments' button. Click on it, and a modal will pop up.
2. Additionally, you have the option to reprocess payments directly from the listing page. Simply enter **checkout session ID** in the search box, then click on the vertical dots menu icon and select the option to reprocess the payment

Select the appropriate **Network**, input the **transaction hash**, and proceed with the reprocessing.
